Staff Nurse – Tower A8 (VIP Wing)

About the role

The Staff Nurse in Tower A8’s VIP Wing provides comprehensive, age‑appropriate nursing care to patients and families, ensuring safe transitions across the care continuum. You will work within the SSMC mission, adhering to the Abu Dhabi Professional Nurses Code of Conduct while delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse comprehensive assessment data (physical, psychosocial, emotional, cognitive, spiritual) to identify patient diagnoses and issues.
• Develop culturally appropriate, individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Implement, monitor, and modify care plans based on ongoing assessment and patient response.
• Document all assessments, plans, and outcomes using standardized terminology and institutional guidelines.
• Provide patient and family education, health promotion, and support during care transitions.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Registered nurse licensed to practice in the UAE.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
