Staff Nurse - Urgent Care - Paediatrics

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our Paediatric Urgent Care team in Ajman. The role involves delivering safe, high‑quality nursing care to children presenting with acute illnesses and minor injuries in a fast‑paced environment. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team while developing expertise in paediatric urgent care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to paediatric patients in the urgent care setting.
• Perform rapid patient assessments and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Document care accurately and maintain patient records.
• Educate families on care plans and follow‑up instructions.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) or urgent/emergency care.
• Strong clinical assessment abilities.
• Family‑centred approach to nursing care.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
