Steel Fixer – Skilled Labour

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Steel Fixer to join our construction team in Dubai. The role is essential for ensuring the structural integrity of our projects by accurately positioning and securing reinforcement steel.

Key responsibilities

• Position and secure reinforcement steel bars and mesh in concrete formwork according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Interpret construction blueprints, structural plans, and technical documentation to ensure accurate steel placement.
• Tie and bind steel reinforcement using appropriate techniques and materials.
• Inspect steel placement for quality assurance and compliance with UAE building codes.
• Organize and manage steel materials on‑site, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and material usage.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Steel Fixer or in reinforcement steel work on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Physical capability to perform manual labour and work at heights.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Steel fixing techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with CAD software or digital construction documentation (preferred).
