About the role
Hilton is hiring a Steward or Stewardess for its WB Abu Dhabi Curio Collection hotel in Abu Dhabi. The role keeps the kitchen and dining areas clean and well-stocked so that every guest receives a warm, memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Clean all chinaware, silverware and cooking utensils, scrub pots and pans and polish silver
- Monitor stock levels and ensure supplies and equipment are well stocked and organised
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including mopping and waste removal
- Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions
- Handle hazardous substances safely and follow hygiene and safety regulations
- Report hazards and maintenance needs to the supervisor on duty
- Train and mentor new team members
