Stock Coordinator

About the role

R&B Fashion is hiring a Stock Coordinator in Abu Dhabi. The role covers receiving, inspecting, storing and organising merchandise while keeping stock levels accurate, and ensures a smooth flow of goods from the stockroom to the sales floor. The coordinator works closely with store management, sales associates and other team members.

Key responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and count it physically and electronically to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect product quality and report damaged items to the store manager or assistant store manager.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to prevent damage.
• Classify and stock products in the stockroom according to store procedures so they are quickly available.
• Tag new arrivals and handle returns as instructed by senior staff.
• Help sales staff replenish shelf stock so products are always available.
• Maintain vigilance on store security and keep housekeeping standards high.
• Record inward and outward inventory movements and keep reports.
• Check for missing price tags and assist with stock take processes.
• Be flexible to work extended hours during sales and festival periods, and able to lift around 10kg.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills.
• Familiarity with a warehouse management system to track and manage stock.
• Previous experience in a similar stock, warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
