Store Keeper - Construction Site Inventory

About the role

Careers International is looking for a responsible Store Keeper in Dubai with experience managing construction site inventory and materials. The ideal candidate is organized and knows construction tools and materials well. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries for quantity and quality at construction sites
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels of construction materials
• Organize and label materials properly in storage so they can be retrieved easily
• Monitor material issuance and returns from site teams
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on material stock and consumption
• Ensure timely reordering of materials to avoid project delays
• Coordinate with procurement and site engineers on material availability
• Maintain documentation for all incoming and outgoing materials
• Conduct regular stock audits and identify discrepancies
• Keep the store area safe and clean

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Diploma in Logistics is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in construction site inventory or store keeping
• Strong understanding of civil, electrical and MEP materials
• Ability to work under pressure and meet site timelines

Required skills

• Good command of Microsoft Excel
• ERP knowledge is a plus
• Excellent organization and time management
