Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations in line with company and brand standards. This role leads the retail team, manages stock, and promotes the loyalty program to maximise repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and motivate staff to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and fashion trends to minimise stock loss.
• Implement operating procedures, brand policies and visual merchandising standards.
• Audit store administration weekly and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage staff roster, leave requests and grievances.
• Ensure optimal stock levels and oversee stockroom operations.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to drive repeat sales.
• Provide regular feedback to the Area Manager and Operations Manager on employees and product performance.
• Maintain store security and vigilance at all times.

• Fashionable, well‑groomed appearance with strong product knowledge.
• Physically fit, able to stand for extended periods and handle heavy lifting.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication skills for staff guidance and customer interaction.
