Storekeeper for Construction Site

About the role

A Dubai‑based construction firm is looking for an experienced Storekeeper to manage materials, tools and equipment for villa projects. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating deliveries and ensuring that all items are stored safely and issued correctly on site.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, record and store incoming construction materials, tools and equipment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date stock and inventory records, including Material In/Out logs, GRNs and delivery notes.
• Issue materials to site teams against approved requests and keep proper documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, flag shortages and coordinate with procurement, site engineers and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile them with system records.
• Keep the store organized, labelled, clean and secure, and report any damaged, missing or excess items immediately.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of storekeeper experience, preferably on UAE construction sites.
• Diploma or certificate in Store Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Good knowledge of civil, MEP, finishing and general construction materials.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory and stock reporting.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation such as GRNs, delivery notes and material issue records.
