Storekeeper for Interior Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

AQC FITOUT LLC is looking for a proactive Storekeeper to manage materials, tools and equipment for interior fit‑out projects in Dubai. The role ensures accurate inventory, smooth warehouse operations and timely supply to project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming materials, tools and consumables against delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Store items properly to prevent damage and loss, and issue them to sites or production based on approved requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records, conduct regular physical stock counts and monitor minimum stock levels.
• Coordinate with the Procurement team for replenishment and track material movements between warehouse, factory and project sites.
• Prepare documentation for goods receipt, material issues, returns and transfers, and report any discrepancies.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of relevant experience, including mandatory UAE/GCC experience.
• Background in interior fit‑out or construction is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory management.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data handling.
