Stores Manager

About the role

The Stores Manager will oversee the storage and logistics of aircraft parts and maintenance materials, ensuring timely availability to support Air Arabia's aircraft maintenance operations. This role is responsible for managing efficient, cost‑effective supply chain operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control inventory of aircraft parts, tools, and materials, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with aviation regulations.
• Plan, coordinate and optimise logistics for procurement, storage and distribution of maintenance supplies, guaranteeing timely delivery to internal or external parties.
• Liaise with contracted suppliers, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure quality and timely availability of parts and materials.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for stores operations, logistics planning and inventory control.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reduce costs and enhance efficiency within the maintenance supply chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Maintenance or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance logistics, inventory management or a related aviation role.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as AMOS or TRAX.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements (EASA, GCAA, etc.).
