Strategic Account Manager 3

About the role

Behavox, a data operating platform for enterprise risk, compliance and unified controls, is hiring a Strategic Account Manager 3. The role owns the full commercial relationship with complex, highly regulated financial institutions, covering delivery outcomes, commercial performance, executive relationships and long-term growth. It is a hybrid position based out of the London office.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full account lifecycle: renewals, retention strategy, negotiations, close, and independent inbound expansion deals with Account Executives
• Forecast ARR churn risk and build mitigation plans, and forecast and manage escalations end to end
• Lead executive business reviews focused on compliance posture, regulatory risk, control maturity and platform value
• Monitor account health and risk, surface risks early and build intervention plans
• Own the client-facing narrative when delivery issues arise and hold internal teams accountable until resolved

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of enterprise compliance technology and unified controls frameworks, including communications surveillance, trade surveillance, compliant archiving and policy management
• Understanding of the regulatory environment in global banking, hedge funds, asset management and energy
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder accounts and the full renewal and expansion cycle
• Experience handling escalations and owning the client relationship with a high degree of autonomy
