Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, Platforms and Devices (English, Arabic, Turkish)

About the role

As a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager for Platforms and Devices, you will open doors with potential telco, OEM and Pay‑TV partners across the EMEA region. You will lead exploratory discussions, evaluate business opportunities and shape partnership strategies that drive Android user acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage C‑level contacts at telco operators, OEMs, retailers and Pay‑TV providers.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal and Sales to design and negotiate complex partnership agreements.
• Develop business plans, negotiate terms and ensure ongoing alignment with partners.
• Represent Google in discussions, interpret legal documents and work with attorneys on agreement language.
• Mentor junior managers and associates, and present strategies to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 7 years of market or business development experience in the mobile network operator/OEM ecosystem.
• Proven experience working with C‑level executives and managing partnership agreements.
• Willingness to travel internationally and fluency in English plus Arabic or Turkish.
