Strategic Project Manager – Remote (Healthcare Tech)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Strategic Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives in medical technology. This fully remote position works with a global information services leader, bridging clinical expertise and technological innovation to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic project plans for healthcare technology initiatives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of product, engineering, and clinical experts.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with medical teams to ensure clinical requirements and standards are met.
• Monitor progress using data‑driven metrics and adjust strategies to achieve targets.

Required profile

• MD or equivalent medical degree with at least 5 years of clinical or medical‑technology experience.
• Proven track record managing strategic projects in healthcare or biotechnology.
• Strong knowledge of medical regulations, compliance, and ethical considerations.
• Ability to translate complex medical concepts into clear business requirements.
