Strategy Consultant – Research, Insights & Strategic Planning

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Strategy Consultant to join MC&Co on a project‑based engagement in the UAE. The role focuses on research, insights, strategic thinking and planning, working closely with senior leadership and creative teams to translate complex briefs into clear, actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead qualitative and quantitative research, market, cultural and audience studies.
• Benchmark local and international examples and synthesize key insights.
• Develop strategic frameworks, recommendations and audience/visitor journey maps.
• Support programme, activation and stakeholder interview workshops.
• Create KPIs, success measurement frameworks and strategic roadmaps.
• Prepare compelling presentations and strategic documents.
• Collaborate with creative and experiential teams to align strategy with concept development.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the UAE market.
• Currently based in the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi.
• Strong background in strategy, consulting, research, innovation or experience strategy.
• Deep understanding of UAE culture, market and stakeholder environment.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and storytelling abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and own workstreams.
• Experience engaging senior clients and stakeholders.
• Arabic language proficiency strongly preferred.
