Strategy & Transformation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Strategy & Transformation Specialist to support an Abu Dhabi government entity in shaping its strategic planning and transformation agenda. You will develop strategic analyses, translate priorities into initiatives, and lead cross‑functional projects through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support formulation, refresh and cascading of strategy and operational priorities.
• Conduct strategic analysis, benchmarking and research to inform leadership decisions.
• Develop strategy materials, decision papers and executive presentations.
• Lead assigned strategic and transformation initiatives from definition through implementation.
• Build implementation roadmaps, milestones, deliverables and ownership arrangements.
• Coordinate business leads, process owners and delivery partners, resolving delivery risks and dependencies.
• Prepare briefing materials and decision packs for leadership and governance forums.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise strategy, transformation delivery, strategic planning, public‑sector advisory or management consulting.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional workstreams and coordinating senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, public policy, management or related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic strongly preferred.
• Qualified UAE nationals strongly encouraged to apply; exceptional candidates of all nationalities considered.
