Structural & Architectural Drafter – Large Scale Project in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Structural & Architectural Drafter to support a newly awarded large‑scale construction project in Dubai. You will work within the Technical Department, producing detailed drawings and coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Draft structural and architectural detail drawings, including GA, shop, and as‑built drawings.
• Prepare mobilization, block work, tile layout, reflected ceiling plan, site plan, external finishing, sections, elevations, and landscape hardscape drawings.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, MEP, and civil teams to produce coordinated drawings and clash‑detection reports.
• Review and comment on subcontractor shop drawings, ensuring compliance with design intent.
• Assist architects with material submissions, RFS, and RFIs.
• Produce technical documentation describing design intent and construction details.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building projects, preferably in high‑rise or large‑scale developments.

Required skills

• Structural and architectural drafting.
• Preparation of construction and shop drawings.
• Coordination of MEP and civil drawings.
• Review of subcontractor submissions and clash detection.
