Structural Engineer - Site

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to lead site supervision of large‑scale building projects in Dubai. The role combines technical design oversight with on‑site quality and safety management to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise structural works from conception through construction, ensuring compliance with specifications, budgets and schedules.
• Develop, review and approve detailed engineering designs, drawings and technical specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality control checks and enforce safety protocols in line with local regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Prepare and present technical reports, project updates and recommendations to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Proven experience in site supervision of building projects, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong understanding of local construction codes and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
