Studio Intern – Fashion Atelier

About the role

Abadia, a contemporary womenswear brand based in Dubai, is looking for a Studio Intern to support the daily operations of its studio for 2 months. The studio is committed to high-quality craftsmanship, thoughtful storytelling and meaningful collaborations across fashion, art and design. This is a hands-on opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in a luxury atelier, working closely with the Design and Production teams to turn sketches into ready-to-produce products. The office is in Dubai and requires in-office attendance Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with sample organisation and preparation ahead of fittings, shoots and presentations
• Receive fabrics and update the in-house trim and fabric libraries
• Help keep the atelier and studio organised
• Support project documentation, create mood boards and update digital files
• Help communicate between the design, production and marketing teams

Required profile

• Recent fashion graduate or student willing to contribute cross-functionally in a team
• Organisational and time-management skills
• Clear, professional communication and attention to detail
• Eligibility to work on site in Dubai for full working hours

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with digital tools such as Excel and email
• Experience with design software is a plus
