About the role

As a Stylist at W Residences, you will help create memorable guest experiences by ensuring the hotel’s public areas and rooms are immaculate and inviting. Working within the Guest Environment team, you will combine attention to detail with a proactive service mindset to uphold the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver personalized service items.
• Stock and replenish housekeeping carts and supplies throughout the shift.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Handle objects up to 50 lb without assistance, including moving, lifting, and arranging furniture and décor.
• Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and professional communication at all times.

Required profile

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to a safe work environment and adherence to quality standards.
• Professional demeanor with respect for guest privacy and brand values.
