Supply Assistant

About the role

ADNOC Distribution is hiring an Assistant, Supply in Abu Dhabi on an external contract. The role keeps daily product stock registers, records transfers and deliveries, and reconciles PDN/PTN and meter readings in line with company regulations and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily product stock registers and record all transfers and deliveries.
• Reconcile PDN/PTN and meter readings, confirm and process them through the system, and ensure product notes follow company regulations.
• Audit products issued against PDNs/PTNs, comparing meter-reading notes with dispatch and control room statements.
• Prepare daily product transfer and delivery statements, reconcile product notes and print outputs, and give monthly meter-reading reports.
• Reconcile daily PDN/PTN and meter reading statements from the Control Room and inform the Control Room Officer, Control Room Supervisor and Supply Officer of any discrepancies.
• File the yellow copy of confirmed PDN/PTNs and forward them to Finance with the daily printouts.
• Prepare the monthly statement of products received from Umm Al Nar, Moussafa and Ruwais refineries.
• Maintain unit activity records, type daily and monthly reports, and carry out typographic duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Type and follow up staff annual leave, and cover typographic duties during the Dispatch Assistant's absence.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor and assist the Supply Supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma and vocational/technical training.
• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Good spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Typing and report preparation.
