Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and coordinate all logistics functions, including procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and supplier coordination for aviation maintenance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the principal advisor to maintenance leadership on logistics strategy and planning.
• Oversee supply chain operations including forecasting, procurement, warehouse, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement logistics policies and procedures to ensure compliance and performance.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, transport and distribution.
• Supervise supply operations to ensure accountability, timely delivery, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate logistics requirements with internal departments to support operational needs.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to logistics and warehouse personnel.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for critical supply support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of logistics experience, including 6+ years in a managerial role.
• Background in aviation or military logistics.
• Strong knowledge of supply systems, inventory control, and warehousing processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in logistics software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
