Supply Chain Manager

About the role

ZIMMERMANN is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise supply chain operations across the Middle East region. You will drive operational excellence, inventory optimisation, cost efficiency and service level improvements while collaborating with global and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply chain improvement initiatives to optimise service levels, inventory management, replenishment models and operational efficiency across the Middle East.
• Manage key projects such as ERP implementations, systems integrations, automation initiatives and process improvements to support growth and scalability.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to develop and implement S&OP processes, support market expansion and ensure supply chain readiness for new stores.
• Oversee warehouse operations and logistics partners, including performance management, contract negotiations, SLA monitoring, inventory accuracy and delivery performance.
• Develop and maintain operational KPIs, dashboards, reporting and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a regional supply chain team while ensuring compliance, financial control, cost optimisation and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Retail Operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and key stakeholders.
• Strong project management and continuous improvement capability.
• Experience managing logistics providers, contracts and supplier performance.
