Supply Planner

About the role

The Supply Planner will ensure the continuous availability of assigned product categories while managing costs efficiently. Working with forecasts and SAP, you will coordinate stock levels across Epson Europe warehouses to support sales and optimise working capital.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and verify forecasts in SAP for SEC (Seiko Epson Corporation) on scheduled dates.
• Participate in monthly Forecast Sign‑Off meetings with Business Units.
• Maintain a 9‑month view of stock availability and adjust plans with SEC to meet optimal levels.
• Create and monitor purchase orders, production orders, and stock transfers to support inbound logistics.
• Develop a 2‑month distribution plan, update it daily, and align it with Business Unit inputs.
• Manage Priority Order Management, ensuring specific customer stock availability.
• Prepare and analyse regular reports (demand‑supply, slow‑moving stock, inbound accuracy, backlog, KPI package) and act on findings.
• Monitor end‑to‑end supply chain performance and flag exceptions to stakeholders.
• Review and update product master data in SAP.
• Continuously improve processes for greater efficiency.

Required profile

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience handling large data sets.
• Excellent numeracy, attention to detail, and problem‑solving mindset.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
