Synthetic Flight Instructor

About the role

Air Arabia Academy is seeking a Synthetic Flight Instructor to deliver high‑quality cadet training using approved operations and training manuals. You will lead flight simulation sessions, provide thorough briefings and debriefings, and ensure that safety and professionalism are embedded in every lesson.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver cadet training in line with approved operations and training manuals.
• Conduct flight simulation sessions, including pre‑flight briefings and post‑flight debriefings.
• Monitor cadet progress, give feedback, and recommend additional training when required.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports, and confidentiality.
• Implement Airbus and Air Arabia procedures within training programs.
• Stay updated on aviation regulations, crew resource management, and human factors.
• Maintain valid licences and certifications.
• Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and professionalism.

Required profile

• Hold or have held an ATPL, MPL, or CPL with an Airbus A320 type rating.
• Minimum of 1,500 flight hours on multi‑pilot aircraft.
• Completed an A320 Full Flight Simulator proficiency check within the past 12 months.
• Valid licences and certifications at the time of application.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a motivating attitude.
• Hold or have held an ICAO ELP Level 5 or above.

Required skills

• ATPL, MPL or CPL qualification.
• Airbus A320 type rating.
• At least 1,500 hours on multi‑pilot aircraft.
• A320 Full Flight Simulator proficiency.
• ICAO ELP Level 5 certification.
