Talent Acquisition Executive – Arabic Speaker

About the role

GMG, a global well‑being company operating across sport, health, beauty and logistics, is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive who is fluent in Arabic. The role will own the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding new hires – ensuring the organization secures top talent to meet its strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise job boards, social media, networking events and agencies to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
• Design and launch recruitment campaigns targeting specific talent pools and market segments.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage interview logistics, provide guidance to interviewers and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, delivering timely updates and a positive experience.
• Prepare and negotiate job offers, oversee acceptance and facilitate smooth onboarding.
• Promote GMG’s employer brand through social channels, industry events and partnerships with universities and professional organisations.

Required profile

• Proactive, results‑driven professional with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) with the ability to engage Arabic‑speaking talent.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate closely with HR, hiring managers and external partners.
