Talent Acquisition Executive – Catering

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a fast‑paced catering business. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for both operational and corporate positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, agencies, referrals and other channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future needs.
• Recruit for operational and corporate roles within the catering sector.
• Maintain recruitment records, produce hiring reports and support employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in catering, hospitality or F&B.
• Strong sourcing and candidate‑screening abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience recruiting in the UAE/GCC is a plus.
