Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

A dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive is needed to join the HR team. The role manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding new hires, and plays a key part in identifying and selecting top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and attraction: use job boards, social media, networking events and recruitment agencies to build a diverse candidate pool, and run targeted recruitment campaigns
• Screen resumes and applications, coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments, and help assess candidate suitability
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and ensuring a positive experience
• Help prepare job offers and coordinate onboarding, including orientation, paperwork and training
• Promote the employer brand and build relationships with agencies, universities and professional organizations
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and generate recruitment metrics and reports

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage
• At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with retail and/or corporate recruitment
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working with recruitment data and KPIs
