Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Siemens Energy is seeking a motivated, tech‑savvy Talent Acquisition Partner to work closely with business leaders across the Gas Services division. You will own end‑to‑end recruiting for countries in the Middle East region, ensuring a consistent hiring experience for managers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for assigned markets, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with business unit leaders, hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand strategic hiring needs.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines using LinkedIn, ATS, employee referrals and other channels.
• Conduct phone and video interviews, document feedback and coordinate follow‑up with hiring managers.
• Manage recruiting projects such as country‑wide ramp‑ups or talent drives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with the broader TA organization to implement solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in an in‑house, agency or RPO setting.
• Experience working in a regional role for large, complex organizations.
• Strong analytical ability to present market insights.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with high work ethic and curiosity.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable influencing stakeholders.
