Talent Acquisition Specialist – Global Recruiting

About the role

Binance is expanding its global operations and seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead corporate and business hiring across functions such as Business Development, Marketing and Operations. The role will partner with hiring managers and the HR team to attract, select and retain top talent for the fast‑growing crypto ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process and negotiating offers.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes and drive HR projects.
• Maintain recruiting databases with accurate and timely information.
• Build and sustain a pipeline of qualified talent through networking, university outreach, job fairs and ongoing candidate engagement.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a top‑tier internet company or agency.
• Experience hiring business or corporate talent, especially for Web3 or crypto companies (a plus).
• Fluent English with strong stakeholder management and consulting abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring targets and handling multiple projects independently.
