About the role

We are supporting a business consulting firm in Dubai that is expanding its product and digital capabilities. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the full recruitment cycle for product and digital positions, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers while delivering high‑quality talent quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned product and digital roles.
• Directly source and engage candidates through multiple channels and build talent pipelines.
• Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to define recruitment requirements and provide market insights.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain continuous candidate engagement and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Support evolving hiring needs as the business expands.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within product, digital, or technology environments.
• Ability to independently manage hiring processes from sourcing through onboarding.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
• Warm, professional personality with a growth‑oriented, commercially driven mindset.
