About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Capital team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on sourcing and hiring top‑tier healthcare talent across clinical and non‑clinical functions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, attract and recruit nursing professionals.
- Source and place physicians and doctors.
- Recruit for healthcare management and leadership positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Ability to engage and attract high‑caliber clinical and non‑clinical talent.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Required skills
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
