About the role
Forsa Properties is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, source, and hire top talent for its growing international teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Publish job openings and screen candidates.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with department managers to meet hiring needs.
Required profile
- Based in Dubai.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple vacancies.
Required skills
- LinkedIn Recruiter.
