Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our client. You will partner with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience that strengthens the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full hiring lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and professional networks to create pipelines for niche and high‑volume roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate personas and provide market insights.
• Represent the client brand at career fairs, networking events and digital platforms.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and track metrics such as time‑to‑hire and cost‑per‑hire.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of technical or corporate recruitment experience (agency or in‑house).
• Experience recruiting for the Middle East market is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Expertise in Boolean search strings and modern talent‑mapping techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
