Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent for a variety of roles across the organization. This role ensures a smooth candidate experience while building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Perform reference checks and support offer management and negotiation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS and candidate databases.
• Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics and market intelligence.
• Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs and recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven ability to handle multiple roles across technical, non‑technical and corporate functions.
• Experience in agency or in‑house recruitment is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
