Talent Acquisition & Talent Development Coordinator

About the role

This role supports the sourcing and end-to-end recruitment coordination of Emirati candidates across the Business Units, helping build talent pipelines through university engagement in line with Emiratization commitments and NAFIS guidelines. It also coordinates the induction, internship programme and training needs of Emirati new joiners, working closely with HR Business Partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for Emirati candidates, from role briefing and sourcing to offer and onboarding handover.
• Build relationships with UAE universities and academic institutions to maintain a pipeline of Emirati graduates and early-career talent.
• Help plan and run Emirati-focused career events, open days and campus engagements.
• Track and report Emiratization hiring progress against NAFIS-linked targets, and prepare regular progress reports and dashboards.
• Maintain an active database of Emirati candidates for current and anticipated vacancies.
• Attend Emiratization forums, government initiatives and networking events as required.
• Coordinate induction schedules and follow-ups for new Emirati joiners, and support objective setting, probationary reviews and internship programme coordination.
• Gather input from line managers and HR Business Partners on training needs and consolidate development priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development or a related HR role; exposure to Emiratization is preferred.
• Good relationship-building and communication skills, including with academic institutions and government entities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of NAFIS and applicable UAE Emiratization regulations.
• Comfort working within recruitment and HR systems such as ORC and Oracle HCM.
• Good organizational and time management skills, able to manage parallel workstreams.
