Tax Compliance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Compliance Manager to lead all taxation and regulatory compliance activities across the organization. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to UAE tax laws and corporate governance standards while optimizing tax efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax compliance, including VAT and corporate tax filings.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimise liabilities while staying compliant.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across the organisation, ensuring alignment with local laws and industry requirements.
• Review financial statements and advise on tax implications of business transactions.
• Liaise with external auditors, consultants and regulatory authorities for audits and compliance reviews.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation, OECD Pillar 2, and corporate governance frameworks, assessing impact and implementing necessary updates.
• Prepare reports and provide guidance to senior management on tax and compliance matters.
• Deliver training and support to internal teams on tax and compliance issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in taxation and corporate compliance within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, OECD Pillar 2, local file, master file, tax grouping and regulatory standards.
• Proven experience managing tax audits, compliance activities and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting and compliance software and MS Office.
