Tax Manager – Corporate Tax Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Specialist to lead the tax function of a leading UAE‑based construction and investment group. The role will oversee corporate tax compliance, transfer pricing, and tax optimisation while ensuring alignment with the Federal Tax Authority and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax compliance and reporting across the organisation.
• Implement and govern transfer pricing policies.
• Develop tax planning and optimisation strategies.
• Liaise with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) on tax matters.
• Oversee Economic Substance Reporting (ESR) and related regulatory compliance.
• Drive ERP tax integration and automation initiatives.
• Provide tax advisory support for business transactions and restructuring.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a professional qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA).
• Minimum 8 years of corporate tax experience, preferably in large corporate or multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate tax regulations.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Expertise in ERP tax integration and automation.
