Tax Services Manager – Data & Digital

About the role

The Manager of Tax Services – Data & Digital will lead the digital transformation of Al-Futtaim Group's tax operations. You will own the tax data agenda, implement AI‑enabled solutions and ensure compliance with UAE and regional tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end tax data sets for VAT, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing and e‑invoicing, from SAP source to submission‑ready output.
• Design and run automated data quality checks, maintain data lineage and reconcile statutory ledgers with tax filings.
• Identify, prototype and deploy automation and AI use cases using Python, Power Platform, RPA and other approved tools.
• Support UAE e‑invoicing program, analyse master‑data gaps and drive remediation.
• Build dashboards and analytics on tax compliance, filing calendars and process performance for senior finance stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance or related field.
• 4‑7 years of experience delivering data, automation or AI solutions in an enterprise or consulting environment, with at least 2 years of hands‑on build experience.
• Proven track record of taking an AI or automation solution from concept to production.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Python (or JavaScript) for data processing, automation or AI.
• Advanced Excel / Power Query and SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with AI/ML or generative‑AI models, classification models or chatbots.
• Knowledge of RPA, Power Platform and SAP data integration.
