About the role

Star International School is recruiting a range of teachers for the August 2026 intake across its Al Twar and Mirdif campuses in Dubai. The roles cover primary, secondary and specialist subjects, offering the opportunity to deliver high‑quality, student‑centred learning in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess curriculum-aligned lessons that promote academic, social and emotional development.
• Lead and support the teaching team through mentoring, performance evaluation and professional‑development planning.
• Monitor student progress, implement interventions for diverse learning needs, and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom.
• Engage with families through timely communication, meetings and school events.
• Prepare academic reports, coordinate timetables, assessments and ensure compliance with school policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, UK QTS or an equivalent qualification.
• Valid teaching certification or licence as required by UAE regulations.
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in bilingual or international schools.
• Strong classroom‑management and instructional skills, with knowledge of child development.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous professional development.
