Team Lead – Floor 24

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Team Lead for Floor 24 at Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai, starting September 2026. The role involves overseeing daily operations, guiding a diverse team, and ensuring the highest standards of guest service in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach and support the Floor 24 team to meet departmental objectives.
• Organise and delegate daily tasks, prepare duty rosters and ensure clear communication of priorities.
• Maintain professional and discreet guest interactions in line with brand service standards.
• Manage stock control, inventory, vendor coordination, purchase orders and expense allocation.
• Monitor operational standards, address guest enquiries or complaints, and report incidents or service gaps to the Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems and operational documentation.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional experience, preferably in an international hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to work with diverse teams and cultures, demonstrating trust and cultural awareness.
• Experience coordinating day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is an advantage.
