Team Leader – Al Nafoorah Service (Luxury Resort)

About the role

Join the award‑winning Al Nafoorah Service team at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, a luxury beachfront resort on Palm Jumeirah. As Team Leader you will oversee the dining experience, ensuring every guest receives the highest standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests, escort them to their tables and provide seating information.
• Explain menu items, specials and promotions, handling dietary or allergy queries.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, complying with alcohol service regulations.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and manage billing and payments through the MICROS system.
• Gather guest feedback, resolve concerns promptly and maintain overall guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary School Certificate (or equivalent) with basic food and hygiene training; a Diploma in Hotel Management is a plus.
• 2‑3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a luxury hotel.
• Experience handling telephone inquiries and using the MICROS cashiering system.
• Basic computer literacy and fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS POS system.
