About the role
The Team Leader Cargo will supervise specific areas of Abu Dhabi Airport operations, ensuring a superior guest experience and the highest safety standards. This role works independently or leads a small team to meet performance and safety KPIs.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, update and supervise activities to deliver safe, professional service for Etihad and other airlines in line with SLAs and quality standards.
- Drive employee engagement and a high‑performance culture through empowerment, communication, quality and productivity.
- Ensure SOPs are adhered to at all times by self and team, maintaining a safe and secure operation.
- Deliver team briefings, complete relevant reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Proactively work towards the connection of all guests and bags, operating safely in compliance with procedures.
- Report safety, security, service occurrences, errors, hazards and near‑misses using established procedures.
Required profile
- Secondary / High school level education.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant area.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Airside roles only).
