About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, guest‑focused professional to lead our Front Desk team. As the Team Leader – Front Desk you will ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay by delivering exceptional service and swift, creative solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests from arrival through departure with a professional, friendly attitude.
- Maintain effective communication with all hotel departments to guarantee smooth service delivery.
- Monitor daily rate and occupancy levels to support revenue goals.
- Supervise Front Desk agents, ensuring consistent, high‑quality guest interactions.
- Verify cash register closures and billing accuracy at shift end.
- Complete guest registrations accurately in the Opera PMS system.
- Stay updated on hotel and local services to answer guest inquiries promptly.
Required profile
- Hospitality degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a hotel Front Office or similar environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Opera PMS.
- Computer literacy.
