Team Leader, Front Office

About the role
We are seeking a passionate Team Leader for the Front Office at One&Only One Za’abeel, a new luxury resort in Dubai. The role supports the Front of House leadership team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensures the front desk operates smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead, coach and develop Front Desk Agents to maintain high hospitality standards.
- Monitor guest interactions, resolve issues promptly, and anticipate guest needs.
- Coordinate with other departments to guarantee a cohesive guest journey.
- Maintain accurate records and oversee use of the Opera property management system.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in Front Office or Guest Services, preferably within a luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and inspire a team.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Opera PMS.
