About the role
Sharaf DG is seeking a motivated Team Leader to drive sales performance and uphold service standards in its Dubai store. You will lead a team of brand promoters, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to achieving store targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, including invoicing, extended warranties, and accessories.
- Maintain product displays, planograms, and promotional signage to company standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and support inventory accuracy.
- Lead, coach, and monitor brand promoters to maximise customer engagement and sales results.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
- Graduation, diploma or equivalent qualification.
Required skills
- Strong sales and customer service abilities.
- Good knowledge of consumer electronics products.
- Leadership and team supervision capabilities.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
