Team Leader & Key Holder – Retail

About the role

The Key Holder role is a full‑time, on‑site leadership position within our Hollister store in Dubai. As a Team Leader you will drive store performance, ensure a differentiated customer experience and uphold operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, ensuring all operational tasks are completed accurately.
• Oversee store presentation, sales‑floor supervision and visual merchandising standards.
• Implement asset‑protection policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Conduct training and development activities to enhance associate skills.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with management.
• Monitor and improve store performance through analytical insights.
