About the role
Al Ghurair is seeking a Team Leader for its Prepress Design department in Dubai. The role involves supervising the design team to ensure productivity, process efficiency, and high service levels that meet business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts that meet client specifications.
- Assign duties to design staff to ensure timely completion according to the production schedule.
- Reduce consumable waste to lower department overheads.
- Minimize digital errors before plate output to limit rework.
- Prepare digital files for special operations (spot UV, foil blocks, die lines) and forward them to production on time.
- Optimize the use of digital printers, materials, and staff to improve output and productivity.
