Team Leader – Real Estate

About the role

Asset Homez International Properties LLC is seeking an experienced Team Leader to drive sales performance and develop talent within its Dubai office. You will lead a group of agents, coach them to achieve targets, and ensure consistent growth in the competitive Dubai property market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of real‑estate agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, onboard and train new agents, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market trends in Dubai.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UAE real‑estate experience.
• Previous experience in a team‑leader or management role.
• Proven sales record and ability to drive results.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
• Excellent communication and recruitment skills.
