Tech Sales Executive - Access Management & Security

About the role

Careers International is looking for a motivated Tech Sales Executive to grow its Overhead Doors, Rolling Shutters, High Speed Doors and Dock Levelers divisions. The role drives sales growth in these areas and related products, and suits a performance-driven, detail-oriented person who enjoys exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell products and solutions in overhead doors, rolling shutters, high speed doors, dock levelers and related fields, consistently meeting and surpassing monthly and annual targets
• Develop and run sales strategies tailored to market and client needs
• Build strong relationships with clients and consultants, secure consultant approvals and manage consultant meetings
• Deliver accurate product presentations and proposals
• Keep up to date on market trends, competitors and new products, and provide regular sales forecasts and market analysis reports

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive with a strong track record of hitting sales targets
• In-depth knowledge of overhead doors, rolling shutters, high speed doors and dock levelers
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills, plus strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• Attention to detail and accuracy in sales documents and presentations
