Technical Event Coordinator

About the role

Daos Hub is a pioneering phygital space in Dubai where Web3 innovators gather. As a Technical Event Coordinator you will own the technical excellence behind every event, turning creative concepts into flawless live experiences across lighting, sound, LED, stage and streaming.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage all technical aspects of events, including lighting, sound, LED screens, stage setup and streaming.
• Prepare technical riders, cue lists and detailed show timelines.
• Collect, review and test presentations and media assets before each event.
• Conduct sound checks and coordinate technical rehearsals with speakers, both on‑site and online.
• Collaborate with AV vendors, designers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor live events and resolve technical issues in real time.
• Build and maintain structured technical workflows, documentation and SOPs.
• Continuously improve production processes to support scalability and high‑quality standards.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in technical event or live production.
• Experience with conferences, panels, podcasts, live streams or hybrid formats.
• Strong understanding of broadcast and streaming requirements.
• Experience coordinating AV and technical vendors.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve live technical issues quickly.
• Structured, detail‑oriented and process‑driven mindset.
• Upper‑Intermediate+ English proficiency.
• Dubai market experience is a strong plus.
